What snack do you keep in your office desk?

I bought a fridge for my executive office, but keep snacks in the bottom drawer of my desk. My favorites are those mini-boxes of Kellogg 'dice the cereal and cereal s.

    Usually have mini vanilla wafer and eat a few about 10:00 since I don’t eat breakfast. Also have some Kashi 7 grain crackers that I eat in the afternoon with some string cheese.

    I keep chocolate in my office desk. I always have chocolate b/c that sweetness helps calm me down during stressful times. Godiva Milk Chocolate Coconut Truffles.

    Red hot cinnamon candies. Just a couple of small pieces fill my mouth with spicy flavor and keep the munchies at bay for a couple of hours.

    Also have granola bars, in case I have to skip lunch.

    Gold Fish or sunflower seeds (in a tupperware container)…
    Cinamon disks in a bowl ON my desk
    a jar of Peanut butter and some saltine crackers…
    Plenty of change in my desk drawer for the vending machines!

    When I’m trying to be healthy, I keep cashews & grapes & dried apricots, but I’m afraid usually there are chocolate covered almonds, Symphony bars & Sun chips… (at least they are multigrain?)

    I keep a few pkgs of Cream of Wheat’s instant farina. I’m determined to lose a few more lbs and eating healty foods like this when I want to snack keeps me on course!
