What is the difference between a manager’s office chair and a high back office chair?

There is really no such thing or a dictionary definition of a manager’s chair, chair manufacturer’s use the term to make their chairs sound more desirable. You will find medium and high back chairs referred to as managers or executive chairs.
Just because a chair is called a manager’s chair doesn’t mean it is better quality than another chair described as say a task chair, it’s really just a convenient label to make the chair seem better.
