B SQRL asked:

I 'VE got the chair of recordable. Every few months, when I slowly back stride. WD40 sprayed in problem areas and it ''s resolved, but it comes back pretty quickly. What could provide a more long term?

You could use a silicone spray as it lubricates without leaving any long term residue.
