It depends on what telephone software your company is using. In the software we use, you enter a code and phone1 number to deactivate it from that port. Take phone1 to the other office and deactivate phone2. Plug in phone1 and enter a code to activate it at that port. Take phone2 to the other office and enter a code to activate it at the new port. Both phones keep their original numbers in the new offices. Your telephone support or IT folks should be helping you w/ith this. Good luck anyway!
