I have a black office chair. Shampooed home, vacuumed it, clean it out again with the sponge and water. I tried the window cleaner. When dry, return the remaining white. How can I clean the premises and remove the residue?

Try using Oxyclean…Make it into a paste with water. Use a rag and rub
