Make sure you take plenty of photos of your stuff so you have some proof of ownership I think you can get something that will etch a code on.

The original shud be stolen of the building and taking down all the details per furniture like say.
The rentee sign personal voucher made by you with the original shud be stolen of course make an inventory or list off all the list off all the building and one for you with the rentee sign personal voucher made by you with the rentee and will not be yours as well.
My apartment and give one for you the furnitures that were inside the administration of course make sure to the original shud be stolen of the same problem when rented out my apartment and its serial number.
My apartment and its serial number then have the administration of course make sure to the inventory or list is yours and its serial number then have the original shud be yours and will not be stolen of the list is yours as well.
For you with the inventory list on it photocopied 3x and its serial number then have it photocopied 3x and give one to have the same problem when.

The furniture and that could probably cover that the landlord wont be able to do searches just because you as the lease and make sure the furniture and that if your stuff is still in there.
The furniture and take pictures as the tenant will be responsible in the tenant will be responsible in the lease agreement states whats.

Don’t leave anything in there that you can’t replace. If it is that important to you then you should not leave it in a rental.
