I will rent my house with furniture included. It probably will be montly so I am looking for advise on how to actually put my name on it. Just like when they put the property name on office stuffs. Make sure you take plenty of photos of your stuff so you have some proof of ownership I think you can get something that will etch a code on.

Don’t leave anything in there that you can’t replace. If it is that important to you then you should not leave it in a rental.
