I’m pretty sure that it is 48 hours a week. I have heard that some companys can make you sign some paperwork that entitle you to work more but with no extra pay. Most hospitality jobs like hotels and restaurants don’t pay overtime. I used to be a chef and never ever got paid overtime even though i was working 50 to 60 hours a week. Also check this site out.
